(RADIATOR) Guest database: Any Ideas how to do this?

This is not a direct Radiatior question, but certainly ties in with
Radiator/Radmin.
We want to have 
- several groups of guest accounts, 
- each group should be administered by its own administrator, and 
- the accounts should automatically expire at the end of the day. 
- Management should be with a minimum of effort.

Any ideas?
