(RADIATOR) feature request for AuthLDAP2 logging

Hello Petr,
thanks for suggesting this.
Unfortunately, the user name is not available to the code that does the LDAP
connection, however, we have now added the name or dn to some of the ERR
level logs in AuthBy LDAP2.
