(RADIATOR) feature request for AuthLDAP2 logging

Hi all

I have a feature request for AuthLDAP2 logging. At INFO level (Trace 3),
I receive a lot of entries like:

Thu Feb 23 10:53:15 2006: INFO: Connecting to ldap1.urz.unibas.ch:389
Thu Feb 23 10:53:15 2006: INFO: Attempting to bind to LDAP server 
ldap1.urz.unibas.ch:389

It would be very helpful to have also the username in each log line.
Also in most of ERR level log lines, the username is missing, even if
it would be available.
