(RADIATOR) re-writing users for specific device

Hi,

I have to rewrite the user names coming from one particular Cisco router. Is it possible to use the attribute function to do this? If not, is there a performance price to pay to apply the rewrite function to all devices? 

The current load is considered medium on the Radiator server.
