(RADIATOR) PreHandlerHook?

Hello again.
	Is there a way to execute a hook for a particular handler?.  For example i have a hanlder like this.

<Handler Realm=10.0.0.1,Digest-Method=REGISTER>
 .....
</Handler>

If the answer is yes , How is the format ?
