It sounds like you are missing a couple of perl modules. This always 
gets me when I install Radiator. Make sure you have the following 
modules available:-

Digest::HMAC_MD5
Digest::HMAC_SHA1
Auth::SASL::CRAM_MD5

See if that helps. If it does, I shall submit a patch to throw up an 
appropriate error if they are missing.
