(RADIATOR) use GlobalVars in hooks

I would like to set GlobalVars in the config. Then use these GlobalVars 
in a PreClientHook. 

For example:

DefineFormattedGlobalVar 	KnownNumbers	"(0233444|02342455|012345211)"

Is it possible to do this ?
