Hello Doyce -
Yes this is the right mailing list (there is an archive at
www.open.com.au/archives/radiator).
There are several types of information logged by Radiator. There is
the logfile that contains the server log messages, which is
configured by LogFile and Trace, there is the accounting log that is
configured by AcctLogFileName, and there is the AuthLog and Password
log.
Most people just use the server log (Trace 4 for debug) and the
accounting log.
You would generally run Trace 3 in production and only use Trace 4
when trying to trace a problem.
The accounting log will show you when users log on and log off.
You can also configure a session database to see who is online at any
particular moment.
See the example configuration files in the "goodies" directory and
the relevant sections of the manual ("doc/ref.html").
regards
Hugh

NB:
Have you read the reference manual ("doc/ref.html")?
Have you searched the mailing list archive (www.open.com.au/archives/
radiator)?
Have you had a quick look on Google (www.google.com)?
Have you included a copy of your configuration file (no secrets),
together with a trace 4 debug showing what is happening?
