Probably, the net-snmp package by default works with v3.

"SnmpWalkProg /usr/bin/snmpwalk -v 2c" option didn't work
I gave this error in the log:

ERR: /usr/bin/snmpwalk -v 2c is not executable. Check SnmpwalkProg in your
configuration file

Or you can add "defversion  2c" to etc/snmp/snmp.conf
