I managed to solve the problem. It centered around using
EAPTLS_PEAPVersion 0 for my supplicants.

Subject: PEAP Authorization problems

I'm trying to get PEAP authentication to work in my lab. Currently
Radiator is able to properly authenticate the client credentials. I
used the PEAP configuration example found in the goodies directory.

The problem is that the AP doesn't properly authorize the wireless
client. The client never receives the keys (I believe), thus the client
cannot get onto the network. Originally I thought I was having a
problem with my Cisco AP, but I've been able to replicate the same
problem using a LANCOM AP. I've also tried different supplicants and
client cards.

The Cisco AP reports a "%DOT11-7-AUTH_FAILED: Station 0090.4bce.d3b7
Authentication failed" error. I've attached the Radiator log and
configuration files for reference.

Can anyone share their experiences using PEAP?

Best Regards,
Dan
