Hello Jaafar Sarim -
The Session Database must be configured in both instances.
BTW - I often find it easier to use a single configuration file and
pass the port numbers in on the command line.
Something like this:
perl radiusd -auth_port 1912 -acct_port "" -config_file .....
perl radiusd -auth_port "" -acct_port 1913 -config_file .....
regards
Hugh

NB:
Have you read the reference manual ("doc/ref.html")?
Have you searched the mailing list archive
(www.open.com.au/archives/radiator)?
Have you had a quick look on Google (www.google.com)?
Have you included a copy of your configuration file (no secrets),
together with a trace 4 debug showing what is happening?
