(RADIATOR) restartWrapper error

Hi there, i want use restartwrapper for high available radius service.
My restartwrapper script is belown:
/usr/bin/perl /bin/restartWrapper -mail ksaruhan at dol.com.tr -sendmail
/usr/sbin/exim -delay 2 "/bin/radiusd -config_file
/radiator/ekolay-1645-allaccep
t.cfg -foreground" &

When i run this script, i receive following error as a notification
mail. What is the problem??
