(RADIATOR) SMS gateway for use with Radiator

Hello Everyone -

I am currently in discussion with a Radiator customer who wants to be 
able to send SMS messages from Radiator.

Does anyone on the list have any suggestions with details of how to do 
this?

I have suggested using an AuthBy EXTERNAL clause and/or an AuthBy 
INTERNAL with a hook.

Any pointers to SMS gateways would be appreciated.
