(RADIATOR) New Juniper ERX 6.0.0 dictionary items

Hello Jan,

thanks for sending this.

We have added the new attributes to the dictionary, and also added support for 
the new attribute type 'hexadecimal'. They are both available in the latest 
Radiator 3.11 patch set.
