(RADIATOR) ForkClosesFD and Radar port conflict

Could you please send us copies of the configuration file and the  
trace 4 debugs showing what happens in both cases?

Have you read the reference manual ("doc/ref.html")?

together with a trace 4 debug showing what is happening?
