(RADIATOR) LNS failover / load balancing

I use a custom hook to regularly poll my LNS in SNMP and get the number of
sessions and the cpu usage. If the LNS has too much sessions or CPU, I
don't send sessions anymore on it. Beside from that, I have some weighted
round robin algorithm in a hook (actually the same that Radiator uses) to
load-balance the sessions accross the LNS.
Works like a charm but requires some development.
