(RADIATOR) Help!

hi there
im having this problem when installing radiator as a windows
service,whenever i try to start it from windows services i get this
message:
"Could not start Radiator Radius Server on local computer, the service
didn't return an error,this could be an internal error or service"
on all of my w2k server machines although when i start the radiator
from command prompt it starts directly.

i appreciate any help.
