(RADIATOR) AuthBy LSA and Lan Manager Auth Level

Is PEAP/MSChapV2 compatible with LAN Manager Auth Level 5 (send NTLMv2
response only/refuse LM & NTLM)?  We are trying to test with PEAP using the
builtin Windows supplicant.  Radiator is setup to use AuthBy LSA.  Should
this setup work?  Has someone been able to get it working?  It isn't clear
to me whether PEAP/MSChapV2, AuthBy LSA, and LM Auth Level 5 will
interoperate.
