Hello Dave:
In an MS-DOS window, in the Radiator distribution directory, could you
please try this and send me the results (in a text file):
perl radiusd -foreground -log_stdout -trace 4 -config_file radius.cfg
If the above starts correctly (it should), you can then open a second
MS-DOS window and cd to the Radiator distribution directory:
perl radpwtst
if both the above work then you can proceed with the development of
your configuration file and testing.
regards
Hugh

NB:
Have you read the reference manual ("doc/ref.html")?
Have you searched the mailing list archive
(www.open.com.au/archives/radiator)?
Have you had a quick look on Google (www.google.com)?
Have you included a copy of your configuration file (no secrets),
together with a trace 4 debug showing what is happening?
