Hello Derek -

I suspect you are receiving an MS-CHAP request and you have not 
installed the prerequisites.

See section 3.1 in the Radiator 3.11 reference manual.

Have you read the reference manual ("doc/ref.html")?
Have you searched the mailing list archive
