(RADIATOR) Size limit in RADAUTHLOG table

All I did was write a shell script that dumps the data from MySQL to a
comma seperated file that I then burn to cd for archiving. I run it
every few months or so. This handles my RADAUTHLOG, RADUSAGE, and
RADSTATS tables. If you want I can try and clean those files up and send
them to you for examples.
