Copy the <Client> clause for the appropriate client, replace the
IP/hostname with "localhost", and HUP radiusd. Presto - radiator
will now treat local requests just the same as ones from the
client you just copied.
Make sure you do this for auth *and* acct if you're allocating
your own IP addresses or the allocated IP won't get freed.
