(RADIATOR) TTLS->EAP-MD5 Support?

We had a request on the Open1x list by a Linux user to support this.  
They claimed that their organization requires TTLS-EAP-MD5, and that 
the Meetinghouse AEGIS client supports it, but they would rather use 
Xsupplicant. (Because it's free) ;-)

Right now I'm trying to track down a server that supports it.
