(RADIATOR) AuthBy LSA and Windows groups

Hi all,

we have just released a patch that adds the ability to do Windows global group 
membership checks during authentication with AuthBy LSA. This means that you 
can optionally limit authentication to one or more Windows groups.

The patch is available in the 3.9 patches area, with example configuration in 
the accompanying lsa.cfg
