(RADIATOR) How to optimize radiusd?

- How many concurrent connection radiator can handle at the same time?
- is there any way to optimize radiusd speed?
I've currently have many problems using Radiator 3.9, our users
authentication takes too long time.
I also have optimized my user database. there is no problem related to
speed in it. It works just fine.
Everything will solve if I restart radiator. but after a while the problem
comes back!!
