(RADIATOR) Diameter

I certainly would agree to assist with Beta Testing as well... The sooner 
we can see a Radius product that uses Diameter that is as reliable and 
configurable as Radiator the sooner we can get networks like QWest, MCI, 
and Level 3 in gear to implement it as well...
