(RADIATOR) Accessing pool from CheckPoolQuery

Hello Andrew -

As mentioned in my previous mail - in this case I would use multiple 
AddressAllocator SQL clauses and multiple AuthBy DYNADDRESS clauses, 
one for each VPN.
