(RADIATOR) SimultainusUse = 1 help

SimultainusUse  = 1

Hi, I'm a newbie with RADIATOR and Perl but I'm hoping to get
SimultainusUse to work I only want 1 session per user at one time.

I would be most grateful if some one could explain how to get this to
work.  I have spent hours now and don't seem to be getting any where.

I have attached my CFG file.
