(RADIATOR) mysql authorization

I have a problem when trying to test my users on the mysql database
I'm going to show you my conf file.

It's supposed that by default it will seek the users in the SUBSCRIBERS
database

So I guess it is connecting to my mySql server. but what am I lacking
