(RADIATOR) Recommendation for adding radius reply item with a default value.

Hello Barry -
Yes you can use an AddToReplyIfNotExist, although it is more usually
put in the AuthBy clause:
<Realm DEFAULT>
.....
<AuthBy ...>
.....
AddToReplyIfNotExist Framed-Filter = "filter-id"
</AuthBy>
......
</Realm>
