(RADIATOR) Radiator 3.7.1 Proxy

Just upgraded to 3.7.1 with the October 24 patches and find that it aborts
during proxy authentication  in AuthRADIUS.pm , line 730

  my ($id) = ($ps[$#ps] =~ /OSC-Extended-Id=(.*)/);

    Unfortunately I had to scramble to restore the previous version and
didn't get the exact error message, but it was something like "attempt to
modify read only variable".


 Also, AuthGeneric.pm has a line

    print "FIXME: submitted PAP password '$submitted_pw', '$pw'\n";
