(RADIATOR) CHAP-Password / User-Password

Hello Matteo -

If CHAP works and PAP doesn't, I would suspect the shared secret 
between the client device and Radiator.

NB: have you included a copy of your configuration file (no secrets),
together with a trace 4 debug showing what is happening?
