Hello Payam -

You should read the Radius RFC's (included in the "doc" directory of 
the distriubtion) and you should also read the source code in the 
"Radius" directory.

NB: have you included a copy of your configuration file (no secrets),
together with a trace 4 debug showing what is happening?
