(RADIATOR) Auth via Oracle function

Hello Ivo -
The simplest thing to do is install and use the "AuthPLSQL.pm" module
from the "goodies" directory.
Then you can use an AuthBy PLSQL clause to call an Oracle stored
procedure.
See the example configuration file in "goodies/plsql.cfg".
