(RADIATOR) Microsoft PPTP address assignment from Radius

Hello Bill -

Yes you can assign static IP addresses by including them as reply itmes.

In a users file it would look something like this:

# user definition in users file

bill  Password = xxxxxxx
	Service-Type = Framed-User,
	Framed-Protocol = PPP,
	Framed-IP-Address = 1.2.3.4,
	......


You can do the same thing with any of the Radiator AuthBy methods.

I don't know whether it is possible to define IP address pools on the 
Microsoft PPTP server.
