(RADIATOR) RejectHasReason

[Foo Donald (Products O2)]

Hi there,
I put a Handler to reject all the comming call start with 020085 with
<AuthBy INTERNAL>, I will always get "Fixed by DefaultResult", if I change
the config to 
RejectHasReason "You are not our customer"
I will get "Access Denied". How can I change the reply message with <AuthBy
INTERNAL>.
