(RADIATOR) external commands

Guys.. is there a way to run an external command when a user auths
against an AuthBy SQL clause?

What I need to do is run a certain program with some parameters like the
username and the IP given to him when he auths and then when the stop is
recorded, run another command.

Can this be done?
