(RADIATOR) AuthBy ACE and ACE version 4.0

Hello Randy,

My recollection was that there were bugs on some platforms in ACE 4.0 that 
prevented it working properly. However, it may work on your platform, so its 
worth a try.
The best answer is to upgrade :-(
