(RADIATOR) how to setup disconnection cause attribute

Hello Talha -

The disconnect cause is sent by the NAS, so you should check with your 
NAS vendor to ascertain to how to configure it.

You can look at a trace 4 debug from Radiator to see what attributes 
are actually sent by the NAS.
