(RADIATOR) RAS-IP-Address empty

Hello,

The NAS-IP-Address attribute usually contains the IP address of the NAS, not 
the Radius server.. 
Looks like the NAS is an Ascend box?

I suspect it is misconfigured in some way. Unfortunately I am not expert in 
Ascend configuration so I cant tell you how to fix it.
