(RADIATOR) RAS-IP-Address empty

Hi there,
We found that all the in coming RAS-IP-Address is 0.0.0.0. Is there any way
to get the RAS-IP-Address, I mean which one should I config?? The RAS or the
radiator itself, I have now problem with CISCO RAS but this one is from a
Nokia IP650.
