(RADIATOR) %{} parsing and the death of Eval syntax

The parser in my first-attempt patch fails on strings with more than one
%{Something:Something}; I'm working on a better one but don't have a patch
yet. Meantime, I'd still like people responses and thoughts to the principle
of the thing - the patch was meant as an illustration more than a
suggestion.
