(RADIATOR) Simultaneous Use

Hello Michael -

To do what you describe, you will need to specify a 
"DefaultSimultaneousUse 1" in your AuthBy clause, then add different 
"Simultaneous-Use" check items for those users with different limits 
(Note: do *not* specify "MaxSessions ..").
