(RADIATOR) Simultaneous Use

Looking at implementing simultaneous use using Nas Types in the radiator configuration file
My question is if you put a radius attirbute in for a particular user that allows say 2 concurrent sessions. Will it override the global simultaneous use clause for just that user (I am hoping this is what it does)
