(RADIATOR) Accounting Records onyl appear after STOP?

Hello Jamie -
As far as I can see in the code in "Radius/AuthRODOPI.pm", all
accounting requests are processed by calling a Rodopi stored procedure.
I will need to see a copy of your configuration file (no secrets),
together with a trace 4 debug from Radiator showing what is happening.
You might also check the Rodopi logs and/or the SQL database logs.
