(RADIATOR) Dynamic address allocation

Hello Andrew -

You cannot use an AuthBy RADIUS in this manner, as it operates 
asynchronously.

You will need to use a ReplyHook for this purpose, and there is an 
example in the file "goodies/hooks.txt".
