(RADIATOR) maximum number of client supported for Radiator

hi,

Is there any restrictions for maximum number of client supported for
Radiator.

can I configure Radiator for authenticating form ODBC (oracle) & Windows
domain & flat file at the same time.
I mean - some user has to validate from Oracle table, some form file, some
user from windows domain- at the same time.
