(RADIATOR) Password Log file

Hi All,

I am trying to get the list of usernames and passwords of our clients so that I can key it
into an Oracle database with the minimum service distruption possible.
I intend using the "PasswordLogfileName" config parameter. Three questions please

1. Do I put the PasswordLogfileName parameter in my Handler clause or would it be better
    if it is not in anyt clause at all - at the "top" of my radius.cfg file?
2. Please, while using this config, I intend to allow all my users to login even though their
    username/passwords (which is not in the database yet) is definitely going to be wrong 
    (not found). Currently, I have a AuthByPolicy parameter of ContinueWhileAccept in my
    handler clause - what should I put instead to accept all requests?

3. I gave all my clients the same Identifier and used just one Handler clause, is this legal - 
    it seems to work though :-)
