(RADIATOR) No AcceptIfMissing option in <AuthBy SQL>

Hello Toomas -

In Radiator 3.0, AcceptIfMissing can be used in any AuthBy clause (it has 
been moved into AuthGeneric.pm).

Radiator 3.0 will be available in the next couple of weeks.
