(RADIATOR) strange authlog behavior (bug?)

Thanks for your patience.

I have been doing some testing and I cannot reproduce the problem that you 
describe with Radiator 2.19, although I have uncovered a related problem.

The related problem is a bug in the AuthLog FILE clause that does not 
properly create the full path that is specified in the Filename parameter. 
The problem occurs whether Radiator is HUP'ed or restarted.

This has now been fixed for the next release.
